Dr. Li-Hsin Chen is an Associate Professor and Program Director of the International Master's Program of Tourism and Hospitality at National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT), Taiwan.
Her research spans shared mobility in tourism, responsible tourism development, free-roaming animals in tourist destinations, festival experiencescapes, and bicycle tourism. She employs innovative mixed-method approaches including text mining, necessary condition analysis, and LEGO® Serious Play®.
She holds a PhD in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from Clemson University (USA), and has published in top SSCI-indexed journals including Tourism Management, Journal of Destination Marketing & Management, and International Journal of Tourism Research.
